JEFFREY J. MCDOUGALL  is the President and owner of JMA Energy Company and its affiliates headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Prior to founding JMA in 1986, Mr. McDougall worked as a Petroleum Engineer for Triad Drilling Company and as a consulting Petroleum Engineer. Mr. McDougall is an active member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and currently serves as Treasurer. Prior positions with OIPA include Treasurer and Co-Chairman of its Federal Issues Committee, and President of the Wildcatters Club of Oklahoma. Mr. McDougall has provided testimony before the United States Senate as well as Congressional Committees in support of Independent Producer issues. Mr. McDougall holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa and currently serves on The University of Tulsa Board of Trustees. In October of 2010, The University of Tulsa, in recognition of Mr. McDougall's commitment and support, named its McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering in his honor. On April 18, 2013, Mr. McDougall was inducted in to the College of Engineering and Natural Science Hall of Fame at The University of Tulsa.  Mr. McDougall has provided funding for both the McDougall Endowed Chair to fund a Director for the school as well as an endowment in honor of legendary TU professor Dr. Kermit Brown which will support the school's activities. Mr. McDougall serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee for the McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering.  Mr. McDougall currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Special Care, Inc. and is on the Board of Directors with the Harold Hamm Oklahoma Diabetes Center.

 

Chad McDougall serves as the Vice President for the Company.  Mr. McDougall joined the Company in October of 1994.  Mr. McDougall is an active member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the OIPA Legislative Committee.  Mr. McDougall also is an Inner Circle member of the Wildcatters Club of Oklahoma.  Mr. McDougall serves on the Board of Directors of the Domestic Energy Producers Alliance.  Mr. McDougall serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Board and the Executive Committee of the McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa.  Mr. McDougall also serves as the Chairman of the Energy Management Board of Advisors for the Energy Management Program at The University of Tulsa.  Prior to being named as Vice President of the Company in August, 2004, Mr. McDougall served in various engineering, exploration, and land capacities for the Company.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McDougall was employed by Mewbourne Oil Company as a Petroleum Engineer.  Mr. McDougall is a 1992 graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he obtained a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering.

 

Richard E. Bross serves as the Vice President of Business Development for the Company.  Mr. Bross joined the Company as a consultant in December of 2001 and as a full time employee in January of 2006.  Prior to joining the Company Mr. Bross served in various executive capacities with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Company from 1991 to 2001.  Mr. Bross served as the President of Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas from 1991 until September of 1993.  In September of 1993, coinciding with the public listing of Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas, Mr. Bross was named Executive Vice President and elected to its Board of Directors.  From 1977 to 1991 Mr. Bross served in various capacities with Woods Petroleum Corporation culminating with his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1990.  Prior to joining Woods Petroleum Corporation Mr. Bross was employed by Gulf Oil Corporation from 1970 to 1977 in various engineering capacities.   Mr. Bross holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.  Mr. Bross serves on the Industry Advisory Board and the Executive Committee for the McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering.

 

Robert D. McCutcheon  serves as Vice President and General Counsel for the Company and has been employed by the Company since November, 2003. Mr. McCutcheon is admitted in the Oklahoma and Texas state courts, the United States Supreme Court, and various federal appellate and district courts. Mr. McCutcheon has extensive legal experience in the business of oil and gas exploration and production including litigation, transactions, acquisitions and financing as well as general corporate matters, human resources and formation of business entities. Mr. McCutcheon was the principal drafter of the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Lien Act of 2010 and participated in the drafting of the Uniform Comments thereto. Mr. McCutcheon serves on the Legal Committee for the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and was Co-Chair from 2009-2011. Mr. McCutcheon received the 2010 Member of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCutcheon had been a member of both large and small private law firms with a multi-state practice. Mr. McCutcheon holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas and a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

 

Don Rahmes serves as Operations Manager for the Company.  He has been employed by the Company in operations since 1994.  He currently supervises and monitors all operated and non-operated drilling, completion and production activity for the Company.  Prior to employment with the Company, he worked as a Production Engineer for Mustang Fuel Corporation in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins.  He began his petroleum industry career with Johnston-Schlumberger and worked in the field and office in the Rockies, Gulf Coast, Offshore and Onshore California and in the Mid-Continent regions providing reservoir evaluation services for various operators.   Mr. Rahmes is an active member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.  Mr. Rahmes received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1977.  He is currently an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Association of Drilling Engineers, and the American Petroleum Institute.

 

Robert Anderson serves as the Exploration/Geology Manager for the Company. Mr. Anderson joined the Company in May of 1995.  Prior to coming to joining the Company, he was regional geologist for Cabot Oil and Gas in Oklahoma City for six years.  His thirty plus years in the oil and gas industry began with Texaco Inc. in New Orleans working both onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico.  Mr. Anderson graduated with a B.S. degree in geology in 1976, and he received a Master of Arts in geology from Dartmouth College in 1978.

 

Steve Richmond serves as the Controller for the Company.  He joined the Company in June of 2001.  Prior to joining the Company Mr. Richmond was employed by Mustang Fuel Corporation from February of 1981 to June of 2001 as the exploration and production division accounting manager.  From December of 1975 to February of 1981 he was employed by Eason Oil Company in various accounting positions.  Mr. Richmond is a 1975 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where he obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting.
