
Robert D. McCutcheon serves as Vice President and General Counsel for the Company and has been employed by the Company since November, 2003. Mr. McCutcheon is admitted in the Oklahoma and Texas state courts, the United States Supreme Court, and various federal appellate and district courts. Mr. McCutcheon has extensive experience in the practice of law, with particular emphasis on oil and gas litigation, transactions, acquisitions and financing, together with general corporate matters such as SEC compliance, preparation of public filings and proxy statements, employment matters and formation of business entities. Mr. McCutcheon holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas and a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCutcheon was a shareholder in the firm of Britton, Ramsey, Gray and McCutcheon. Mr. McCutcheon also has been a shareholder in the firm of Hall Estill and Of Counsel to the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. Mr. McCutcheon has served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel and a Director of a public company engaged in oil and gas well servicing, drilling, exploration and production operations.
